Scrapbooking Retreat Fall 2021

Join the fun as you spend the weekend stress-free, interruption-free and doing what you love with friends, old & new!!  It’s a weekend all about you and your paper crafts!!

You will enjoy an 8’ table, electrical outlets, door prizes, fun & some surprises…

The fun starts at 1pm on Friday and lasts until 5pm on Sunday

Registration options include the entire weekend, Friday and Saturday only OR Saturday only.  There are also options to commute or to spend the night.

$200 for the entire weekend, including lodging

$160 for the entire weekend, NO lodging

$140 for Friday to Saturday, including lodging

$120 for Friday to Saturday, NO lodging

$100 for Saturday only (7:00a to 11:00p)

         (Meals included are Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, and Sunday breakfast & lunch)

You are welcome to bring your desk lamp, an additional table (4' maximum), your comfortable chair or chair pad, laptop or other electronic tools, if desired.

Beer and wine are permitted in the main building only.  No liquor is allowed on premises.  No food or beverages (other than water) are allowed in the cabins.  We will have a snack table in the craft room, so feel free to bring snacks to share, if desired.

*We will be playing a game that requires three (3) $1 bills (may even play it twice)

*A massage therapist may be offering massages.  More info will be made available as we get closer to the event.

***IMPORTANT UPDATE:  You will need to bring your own twin-size bedding and towels.  Each cabin in air-conditioned with bathrooms.  Cabins sleep 4-5 people.  If you would like a private cabin, there will be an additional charge of $45 per night.  If you would like to share a cabin with just one other person (a total of 2 people in the cabin), there will be an additional charge of $15 per night per person.  These charges will be invoiced separately, as this fee will go directly to the venue.***

Refund policy:  Full refund if you cancel BEFORE 10/15/2021.  For cancellations received from 10/15/2021 to 10/29/2021, there will be a $25.00 fee withheld from your refund.  For cancellations received after 10/29/2021, you will receive a 30% refund. **PLEASE NOTE: If the retreat has to be canceled due to the current pandemic, you will receive a 100% refund, no matter the date that the event is canceled.
